Abstract
Increasing knowledge about the role played by gdT lymphocytes in antitumor immunity is of importance to both the fundamental and clinical sciences. gd T cells are also characterized with reference to their s elf neoplastic transformation and development of leukemias or lymphomas with gd fenotype.
