Abstract

The paper summarizes the up-to-date knowledge on structure, source, biological function and clinical significance of Interleukin 2 receptor measurements in patients suffering from neoplastic diseases. The authors review the role and clinical usefulness of soluble IL-2Ra in neoplasms’ diagnostics, prognosis and treatment monitoring both in adult patients and in children.
