Abstrakt

disjunction of important organs as well as multiorgan insufficiency syndrome. The syndrome is a cause of high post-traumatic mortality. The general inflammatory reaction of intensive – liver – lungs – immunological system increases in a cascadical way and has a significant role in the pathogenesis of the syndrome. Most cells activated as a result of ischemia and reprefusion participate in the phenomenon.
